A fun and informative session of Christmas Cooking hosted by me!
My passion for food began in the paddocks and kitchen of my regional Victoria childhood home. My parents instilled a love of growing and cooking farm-fresh produce in me and from my youngest years I was taught to knead bread, grow vegies, and collect freshly-laid eggs. My cooking style is inspired by a combination of my regional upbringing and enthusiasm for urban foraging, resulting in dishes that mix classic ingredients with the more unusual and adventurous.
Get inspired for the festive season; I will teach you some of the classics, whilst also sharing some of my favourite tasty alternatives.
